Hallucinogenic is the mastermind behind, and creator of, SOTF: Evolution. He wrote the announcements and plot for Evo, and handled Otis Adelaide and Khalid Shamoun. He also submitted Billy Cohen for the first version of The Program, though withdrew Billy prior to that version's start.
