Your Thoughts[]
Whether you were a fellow handler in SOTF Mini or just an avid reader of the site, we'd like to know what you thought about Mitsuko. What did you like, or dislike, about the character? Let us know here!
- Mitsuko was a character who faced a lot of challenges in the BR AU. In the canon version, she was one of the most notable (and problematic) characters. While many handlers chose to take BR's iconic cast in pretty different ddirections, Slam hewed pretty close to Mitsuko's original iteration, even incorporating lines from the manga and such. The problem here was, Mitsuko just didn't rack up the sort of attention and kill count she did in canon, largely I think because so many other great characters came into their own. Mitsuko was pretty well-written, and I am impressed at the degree to which Slam did integrate stuff from the manga without hitting the really awful stuff, but I just wish she'd gone off in a direction a little more different from her canon counterpart. As it was, she just didn't stand out that much among the field of players because there weren't a whole lot of surprises in her portrayal. - MurderWeasel
